Our Cancellation Policy:

Guests can cancel until 14 days before the activity start time for a full refund minus the processing fees, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.

Bad Weather Policy:

All tours and experiences will proceed in rain or shine unless the weather is causing conditions that are dangerous. In the event the weather is not safe to host your tour or experience, you tour will be rescheduled. If we are unable to book your tour or experience do to consistently bad weather, the full tour amount minus booking fees will be refunded.
